POLICY

Booking

A $25 security deposit is required for all new clients, full sets, and online bookings. Your deposit goes toward your total service — it's non-refundable and non-transferable. First-time clients, please fill out your consultation and consent form before your appointment. The link is at the bottom of this page.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens — we just ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Late Arrivals

We want to give every client our full time and attention, so punctuality really matters.

  • Up to 5 minutes late: no charge, we've got you

  • 5–10 minutes late: $5 late fee

  • 10–15 minutes late: $10 late fee

  • 15+ minutes late: your appointment will be canceled — a 50% cancellation fee and new deposit are required to rebook

  • In some cases we may still be able to accommodate you at 15+ minutes, but a $20 late fee will apply

  • No-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged, plus a new deposit to rebook

No-Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. If you're unhappy with your results or experience an allergic reaction, reach out within 48 hours and we'll make it right with a complimentary fix or removal. We also recommend scheduling a patch test before your first appointment if you have sensitive skin.

Service Requirements

Lash Extensions: Please arrive with clean lashes — all appointments include a lash bath, but visibly dirty lashes that can't be properly cleaned may require a removal and full set rebook.

Fills: You must have 40–50% lash retention on each eye. Below 40% and you'll need to book a full set.

Mini Fills: Must be booked within 7 days of your last fill with 80-90% retention.

Foreign Fills: An additional $15 applies. If your previous set isn't in workable condition, a removal and full set may be required.

Waxing: Please avoid AHA/BHA products and any form of vitamin A on the treatment area for at least 7 days before your appointment.

General: Please avoid caffeine for 3 hours before your lash appointment, and use the restroom before we get started. Appointment durations on our website are estimates and may vary.

Loyalty Card

Bring your loyalty card to every appointment to earn your stamp. Cards are non-transferable and cannot be stacked.

Photos & Media

We love sharing our work on social media! We may photograph your lash results for our Instagram, website, or marketing. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, just let us know before your appointment — no questions asked. We'll never tag you or share identifying information without your permission.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If we have concerns about your lash health, we may recommend a break from extensions. Rude or disrespectful behavior will result in being asked to leave with no refund.
