POLICY
BOOKING POLICY
To schedule an appointment, we require a security deposit fee of $25 for all new clients/full sets & to book online. Kindly note that failure to provide the deposit fee will result in no appointment confirmation.
The deposit fee will be applied towards your total service charge, but it is non-refundable and non-transferable. First-time clients will have to fill out a consent and consultation form. The form is also linked at the bottom of this page (yellow icon in the quick-link bar if you're on mobile).
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service fee. A new deposit fee will also be required to reschedule.
LATE POLICY
Punctuality is crucial to ensure the highest quality service. Please arrive on time to avoid inconvenience. In the event that you are late, a $5 late fee will be charged if you are more than 5 minutes late, and $10 if you are more than 10 minutes late.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service and a new deposit fee will be required to reschedule.
In some instances, we may still be able to accommodate you, but this will result in a $20 late fee. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the missed service fee.
Please note that the same fee will apply to reschedule, and you will be required to pay this fee to book another appointment.
SERVICE POLICY
To ensure that your lashes are in perfect condition for your appointment, we kindly ask that you arrive with clean lashes. All lash services will include a lash bath before application. If the lashes are visibly dirty and cannot be cleaned properly you may need to schedule a removal and a full set.
Full sets require a $25 security deposit fee. This will go towards the invoice.
Fill services require that you have 40-50% of lash retention on each eye. If there is less than 40% lash retention, you may need to reschedule for a full set, and/or you will be charged the full set price.
Foreign fills will be an additional $15 Depending on the quality of the previous lash set, you may need to schedule a lash removal and full set application.
Mini fills can only be scheduled 7 days or less after the last fill. Must also have 90-80% lash retention.
Waxing services; please avoid using AHA/BHA or any form of vitamin A on the treatment area for 7 days before your waxing appointment to prevent any skin tearing.
Please note that the duration times provided on our website are estimates only and may vary with each appointment.
Before your lash appointment, we kindly request that you refrain from consuming caffeine for at least 3 hours and use the bathroom.
LOYALTY CARD POLICY
To avail of our loyalty program, please bring your loyalty card to each appointment to receive a stamp.
Loyalty cards are non-transferable and cannot be stacked.
PHOTO/ MEDIA POLICY
We love showcasing our work and sharing lash transformations with our clients and followers on social media. We may take photos of your lash application to share on our social media channels, website, or marketing materials.
However, we respect your privacy and understand that not everyone is comfortable with their photos being shared publicly. If you do not wish to have your photos shared, please let us know before your appointment.
If you are comfortable with your photos being shared, we may ask for your consent before posting any photos. We will never tag you or share any personally identifiable information without your explicit permission.
Please note that any photos or videos taken will be used solely for promotional purposes and will not be sold or used for any other commercial purpose.
We take pride in providing the best quality service possible, and all services performed will be non-refundable. In case of unsatisfactory results or allergic reactions, a complimentary fix or lash removal may be available. Schedule a complimentary patch test with us to ensure your safety.
If you notice an abnormal amount of fallout within 48 hours after the appointment, please notify us immediately to receive a 30-minute complimentary fix.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client. If we believe that your lash health may be compromised, we may recommend that you take a break from lash extensions. We also do not tolerate any rude behavior. Anyone outing of manner will be asked to leave with no refund.
